On Saturday March 12th OGS performed as part of a concert to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Bate Collection.

demonstrated the aims and benefits of the collection not only to
specialists and students but the wider community. - Congratulations on last Saturday’s brilliant concert event –
another tour de force and the best good-value evening’s entertainment
we’ve had for ages. Apart from the wonderful red wine we especially
loved the informal and fun-filled atmosphere and the obvious enthusiasm
of the performers; not at all stuffy or rarefied. I’ve already been
